This experience is created for women who want to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy active days in nature. Enjoy yoga, intuitive drawing and painting, ocean time, coastal walks, fun, and space to recharge. Surfing is optional, so if you prefer to focus fully on yoga and relaxation, simply choose the Yoga Only option.
You can join in one of two ways:
Option 1: Yoga Only
Start your mornings with yoga, meditation, and breathwork. The rest of the day is yours to unwind, go for a hike, explore the surroundings, or relax.
The yoga sessions combine hatha and vinyasa styles and are focused on calming the nervous system while building strength, mobility, and resilience. You’ll work on flexibility in both your body and your mindset, improving stamina and inner balance.
Alongside the physical practice, we include journaling, creativity and reflection exercises to support self-confidence and help let go of limiting beliefs.
You’ll learn more about how to increase your energy and balance your gut health with Ayurveda, a traditional healing system from India.
Option 2: Surf + Yoga
This option includes everything from the Yoga Only program, with the addition of surf sessions on Galicia’s beautiful coastline. The lessons are adapted to your level, so if you are new to surfing or already have some experience, you’ll get personalized guidance.
We collaborate with skilled local surf instructors and schools, combining their local knowledge with our holistic approach. The overall vibe is relaxed, inclusive, and women-centered, open to all ages and backgrounds.

Who’s your yoga teacher?
Jessica Scheper is a certified yoga teacher with over 200 hours of training, a surf coach, and an author with a strong focus on Ayurveda and holistic well-being. Her classes blend hatha yoga and fluid vinyasa sequences with breathwork and meditation, supporting a calm nervous system and a deeper sense of balance and joy. Jessica teaches in Dutch, English, and Spanish.
