Description

This recipe is originally from the regios of Elsass. When this recipe become popular this region was part of Germany, very close to the border with France. Now it is part of France and this recipe has a French version with a slightly different name. Our coliver Danila cooked it during one of our community dinners where we had the opportunity to learn about the history of this region and the different versions of this recipe.

Ingredients

Oat flour
Water
Salt
Shredded Cheese
Vegetables
Olive oil

Method

For the base:
Mix water, salt and oat flour
Add toppings
Bake for 15-20 min until the cheese is golden
