Workshop 0 - Food and Health with Noa Vazquez Rendal


Our lifestyle habits, and among them, food, are one of the most useful tools to maintain or recover our health. And this is precisely what we will cover in this workshop series. We are going to be talking about the importance of a healthy diet to prevent or treat certain types of diseases.

Each workshop consists of a learning part and a practical part, where we will get down to work in the kitchen and discover that what is healthy but also tasty.

Healthy nutrition. General concepts.

In this first workshop we will see what are the general aspects of a healthy diet, what are the most common mistakes in our daily diet and what are the healthy habits that we must achieve to keep our health strong. We will also cook a recipe with healthy ingredients that should be part of our diet.

Duration: 3 hours.

Price: free workshop. Any additional voluntary contribution will go entirely to the trainer.
